HygeaHome Solutions Inc Cancellation Policy
At Hygea Home Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. However, in the event that services need to be canceled, the following cancellation terms will apply:
1. Limitation of Liability
By hiring HygeaHome Solutions Inc for cleaning or painting services, you acknowledge that HygeaHome Solutions Inc, its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any criminal or financial liability resulting from the services rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, property damage, theft, injury, or any other unforeseen event that may occur during the cleaning or painting process.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any items that could cause harm, damage, or obstruction are properly secured before HygeaHome Solutions Inc's staff arrives to perform services. HygeaHome Solutions Inc is not responsible for any personal belongings or property damage occurring during service, unless caused by direct negligence on the part of HygeaHome Solutions Inc's staff.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
HygeaHome Solutions Inc understands that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible in accommodating cancellations. However, due to the nature of our business and scheduling requirements, we have the following policies for deposits and cancellations:

Cancellations with More Than 72 Hours' Notice:
If you cancel your service more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus any expenses incurred up to that point (e.g., scheduling, materials, etc.). -
Cancellations Between 24 and 72 Hours' Notice:
If you cancel your service between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit minus any expenses incurred up to that point. -
Cancellations on the Same Day as Scheduled Service:
If you cancel your service on the same day as the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that the refunded amount will reflect the terms outlined above and may be subject to deductions for any expenses that HygeaHome Solutions Inc has already incurred.
4. Failure to Fulfill Service
In the event that HygeaHome Solutions Inc is unable to fulfill the service that was promised (due to unforeseen circumstances, staff shortages, or other factors), we will provide a full refund of the deposit, including any expenses that may have been incurred by the company in preparation for the service.
5. Changes to This Policy
HygeaHome Solutions Inc reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or other appropriate means of communication. Continued use of our services after changes to the policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
